If your pot shows up in pieces from the shipping process contact me and we will pick out a new pot for you of equal or lesser value as a replacement. Alternatively, If nothing strikes your fancy you can ask for a new make and wait the 4-6 weeks for it to be made from scratch.

Commissions take 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the project. All commissions require half payment upfront before work begins.
